I am married with 2 school-aged children. I chose to quit my job outside our home and focus on my full-time responsibility as a parent when our daughter was born. I have found that being a stay-at-home mom has been MUCH more challenging than any job I have ever had. The demands of mothering have called for much inner searching and continual growth in my character. As a wife I am continually becoming aware of my own selfish tendencies and how often I forget that life is not all about me. My hope with my writing is to portray a brutally honest picture of life as a woman, wife, and mother trying to live her life with purpose, honor God, and leave a lasting legacy. Not too high of an ideal, eh?

Hi, I got your site from TL Hines' list of the Christian Writer's Blog Alliance...I haven't yet picked up 'A Bride Most Begrudging' but I plan to tomorrow. Your site is really cute.
